I bought a neon sign from another company before I knew about Jacob and within 4 weeks the lights stopped working . The company was no help so I had to find someone else to help me . I was so happy when I met Jacob he came the same day to my shop & fixed the sign right away he didn’t try to upsell me or scam me like most other people in Miami would when they see a women calling . The customer service was out of this world ! I will only being calling Jacob for any other signs I buy in the future 10/10 recommend !
